Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture or related field, plus 3+ years field experience in estimating or design-build, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field; or 5+ years related experience.
• Field Experience: 3+ years verifiable field experience with estimating or design-build, strong budgeting knowledge.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; speak effectively to clients.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic math.
• Reasoning Ability: Define problems, analyze data, and draw conclusions.
• Certificates, Licenses: As required by state and federal law; valid driver license; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point-of-contact for high level site and project issues and address client needs.
• Act as liaison between operations and client ensuring clear communication.
• Conduct walkthroughs with client and company representatives.
• Evaluate accounts and develop landscape asset management plan.
• Prepare bids and landscape designs and renderings using field data and software.
