Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 4 years of related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management, estimating or field management.
• Construction landscape services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and true-ups for projects.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage project schedule and ensure client expectations are met.
• Lead project team including superintendent and estimator.
• Prepare and submit final billing and change orders.
