Job summary

Jensen Landscape Services in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Commercial Landscape - Project Manager to oversee ‘Invest’ and ‘Enhance’ client relationships, long-term planning, and value-added services. You will ensure client retention, annual increases, and project scope alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in landscape architecture or related field or 5+ years of field experience, strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, Construction/Project Management, or related field; or at least 5 years related work experience.
• Field Experience: 3+ years verifiable field experience with project estimating or design-build work; strong estimation background; knowledge of construction/installation & irrigation.
• Language Skills: read/write and comprehend English; speak effectively before employees and clients.
• Mathematical Skills: basic math.
• Reasoning Ability: define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions; interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point-of-contact for high level site and project issues; address and resolve client needs.
• Act as liaison between operations and client; ensure clarity in communication and expectations.
• Conduct walkthroughs with client and company representatives.
• Evaluate accounts and develop a landscape asset management plan.
• Collaborate with Area Managers to understand Invest/Enhance sites.
• Create, manage, and control scope of work; ensure on-time, on-budget projects.
• Manage all project communication between internal and external clients.
