Job summary

Jensen Landscape Services is seeking an experienced estimator/administrative professional to support project managers in Milpitas, CA. The role involves takeoffs, material lists, subcontractor coordination, and detailed documentation to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in construction/landscape construction, and strong MS Office and Take-Off software skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction, estimating, or landscape construction.
• Valid driver license per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with estimating, administration, and clerical tasks.
• Analyze plans, specs, and docs to prepare material lists.
• Review and detail revisions to plans and specs.
• Process, document, quantify, and manage communications for revisions, change orders, addenda, and new plans.
• Track RFQ revisions and subcontractor pricing as required.
• Administer and file communications with general contractors and architects.
• Coordinate and track subcontractor plans and procurement.
