Job summary

Jensen Landscape Services in Milpitas, CA, seeks a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects from contract through closeout, ensuring quality and profitability.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, crews, and subcontractors while fostering strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to meet client expectations on time and within budget.

This role requires 5+ years PM experience and a degree in construction management or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, horticulture or related field, or four years related experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in project management, estimating, or field management.
• Valid driver license; PM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, revisions, and cost forecasting.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor financials and negotiations.
• Coordinate project team to meet schedule and client expectations.
• Prepare and review change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Lead communication between owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Ensure project closeouts include as-builts, O&M, and warranty docs.
