Specialized Recruiting Group - Charlotte, NC is seeking an Account Manager for commercial landscape maintenance in the Charlotte market. You will manage a portfolio of established accounts, nurture relationships with property managers and HOA boards, and uncover opportunities to grow revenue through additional services and enhancements.

In this relationship-driven role, you will leverage landscape knowledge, customer service, and organizational skills to identify within-account growth potential

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscaping, landscape maintenance, or related green industry.
• Account management and/or outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with Charlotte market or surrounding areas preferred.
• Proven ability to sell services, spot opportunities, and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter energy with ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts across the Charlotte market.
• Build strong relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and other key decision-makers.
• Stay in regular, proactive contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Identify, develop, and sell landscape enhancement opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Visit properties regularly to inspect landscape conditions and recommend improvements.
• Prepare enhancement proposals, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with subcontractor partners to maintain service quality and support growth.
• Monitor account performance and keep accurate records while juggling multiple clients.
