Landscape Workshop (LW) is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts.

The role focuses on overseeing maintenance crews, managing client relationships, and ensuring high project standards while delivering outstanding client experiences. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and safety skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and handling customer interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage daily operations of assigned crews and coordinate resources with other Account Managers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits and proactive problem solving.
• Allocate resources, schedule crews, and manage equipment needs and repairs.
• Provide horticulture training and resolve labor conflicts.
• Ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients, and the public.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement services and coordinate project execution within budget and timeline.
• Track team hours, expenses, and assist with project budgets and client meetings.
• Follow up on proposals and ensure equipment maintenance.
