Job summary

Landscape Workshop seeks an Account Manager to oversee commercial landscape maintenance accounts, manage maintenance crews, and nurture client relationships. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with crews, sales, and clients to ensure quality work and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources, scheduling, budgeting support, and ensuring safety. You will help identify enhancement services and communicate opportunities to the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of maintenance crews and coordinates with fellow Account Managers on shared resources.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through relationship building, communication and site visits.
• Identifies resources needed for team and assigns responsibilities: schedules, crew members, equipment, and repairs.
• Supports training for crew leaders and ensures safety for employees and clients.
• Communicates business development opportunities and tracks team hours and expenses.
