Job summary

Smart Care is hiring a Service Technician to become a trusted advisor for customers, delivering innovative solutions to predict and prevent kitchen equipment failure across thousands of commercial sites. You will service cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment while reading diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliances, HVAC, or related fields.
• Willing to be on emergency on-call rotation including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant/hospitality managers to offer service solutions for cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams/schematics.
• Drive income through quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
