Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Technician to become a trusted advisor to customers, delivering innovative solutions to predict and prevent kitchen equipment failures across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial customers.

You will partner with managers to service cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment, utilizing your troubleshooting skills and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and other equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Earn quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
