Job summary

Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment. As a Service Technician, you will become a trusted advisor to customers by delivering innovative solutions to predict and prevent equipment failure, contributing to the success of thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation including nights/weekends.
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.
• Immigration sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to service commercial cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and related equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read diagrams and schematics.
• Contribute to earnings via quarterly bonuses by meeting efficiency and productivity goals.
