Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within commercial accounts. You will develop sales strategies, close deals, and leverage World’s broad platform to deliver risk management and employee benefits solutions where appropriate.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll maintain accurate CRM records, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal specialists to grow a substantial book

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and insurance agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar tools.
• Experience selling commercial insurance and/or employee benefits solutions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with emphasis on commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive risk management solutions using World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized solutions.
