Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Executive (Producer) to build and close commercial insurance opportunities for organizations of all sizes.

You’ll leverage World’s platform to deliver risk management solutions across property and casualty, benefits, and retirement services while growing a substantial book of business through prospecting and executive-level relationship building.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and agency management systems such as AMS360 or Applied Epic.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on commercial accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive risk management solutions by utilizing World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized solutions.
