Job summary

Mesa Chamber of Commerce is looking for a motivated individual to join their commercial lines team as a new producer. This role offers comprehensive training in commercial insurance and the chance to develop into a trusted advisor.

You will be responsible for lead generation, client consultation, and relationship management. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a high school diploma and a willingness to obtain necessary licensing.

The company provides mentorship and significant earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Producer license.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and drive to achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of the local business landscape and professional networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial insurance prospects.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients.
• Design and present insurance proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with insured clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Utilize CRM for tracking sales processes and client interactions.
