First Mid Bancshares, Inc. is seeking Insurance Producer II - Commercial to act as a key relationship manager for First Mid Insurance Group, securing new business and retaining property and casualty clients.

The role targets strong sales, excellent communication, and collaboration with carriers and staff. Base pay with potential bonuses, 401(k) match, stock plan, generous PTO, and tuition reimbursement are part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of insurance production experience.
• Proven sales success in insurance and account management.
• Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as commercial lines insurance broker.
• Manage a significant book of business.
• Regularly meet or exceed aggressive annual sales targets.
• May supervise CSR or admin staff for retention/new business.
