Reynoso Insurance Advisors in Texas is seeking a motivated commercial producer to grow our commercial practice. You will prospect, market to carriers, and manage the full sales cycle.

This role offers a path to leadership as the team expands, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and cross-selling across lines.

Qualifikationen

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years of commercial insurance sales or proven B2B sales with P&C knowledge.
• Ability to build a pipeline through prospecting and outbound outreach.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and close new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and outbound outreach
• Run the full sales cycle: discovery, risk assessment, marketing to carriers, proposal, and close
• Write across commercial lines, including GL, property, BOP, commercial auto, workers' comp, and umbrella
• Build long-term client relationships and round out accounts with additional lines, including personal lines and financial services for business owners
• Hit monthly activity and production targets, and track your pipeline in our CRM

Requirements

• Comfort with prospecting and cold outreach, because this role builds a pipeline, not just works leads
• The ability to explain coverage clearly to business owners and ask the questions underwriters will ask
• Self motivation & strong work ethic
