Job summary

The Nitsche Group in Houston, TX seeks a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our on-site team. Build and grow your own book of business with full agency support and access to a broad range of carriers.

You will identify client exposures, tailor insurance solutions, quote coverage, and develop long-term relationships to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities. No prior insurance experience is required, but a Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one is

• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain).
• Insurance experience is not required.

• Build and grow a commercial book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
