Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Proficiency with AMS360 software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing a book of business, ideally around $1 million in revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist commercial lines book focusing on transportation-heavy accounts.
• Handle daily account management tasks including adding vehicles, locations, endorsements, and light certificate work.
• Review policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a full-time assistant to ensure efficient account management.
