Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business to ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: research clients, submit proposals, negotiate coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management and carrier system data accurately.
