Capstone Search Group is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager for a remote role serving New England and the Northeast. You will steward client onboarding through renewal, coordinate with sales, marketing and admin support, and ensure service timelines are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of middle-market commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and a proven ability to manage renewals, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate client files.

Remote job opening for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience at aretail agency in a lead role, assisting clients with onboarding through the renewal cycle as well as partnering closely with other colleagues in sales, marketing, and administrative support to ensure client service deliverables and renewal timelines are monitored and managed closely.

Location:

Work-from-home for qualified applicants within the New England area and Northeast region.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Take the lead on incoming calls, inquiries and fulfilling service requests. Gather information on in-force policies, exclusions, and other related questions.
• Renewal Prep: Review expiration lists in preparation for client renewals. Prepare and maintain schedules, create summaries and coverage illustrations, prepare proposals and presentations, etc.
• Data Management: Maintain and update client files in the agency’s management system.
• Contract Review: Review contracts and policy terms/conditions for

Experience:

Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance account management experience on middle market insurance programs, service and renewals. A generalist background with some property and casualty coverage expertise is required as industries will vary from construction to manufacturing and real estate.

Active P&C license is required.

Job Specs:

$80k-$100k salary range along with a comprehensive benefits program that includes health insurance, 401k company match, and Paid Time Off.
