Capstone Search Group is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with experience at a retail agency to guide clients from onboarding through renewal, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure timely service and renewal deliverables.

This remote role targets qualified applicants in the New England and Northeast regions, offering a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, 401k match, and PTO.

Competenze

• Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance account management experience on middle market programs, service and renewals.
• Generalist background with some property and casualty coverage expertise.
• Active P&C license is required.

Mansioni

• Lead client engagement: handle calls, inquiries and service requests, gather policy information.
• Prepare for renewals: expiration lists, schedules, summaries, coverage illustrations, proposals and presentations.
• Data management: maintain client files in the agency’s management system.
• Contract review: review contracts and policy terms/conditions.
