Job summary

A large independent insurance broker is seeking experienced Commercial Insurance Account Managers for a 100% remote position. You will be responsible for managing new client onboarding, daily service requests, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in commercial insurance and an active insurance license. Candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, Maryland, or Virginia.

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of Commercial P&C insurance experience in client service and account management.
  • Active insurance license is required.
  • Familiarity with Multi-Line coverage including CGL, Property, Auto, Work Comp, and Professional lines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client onboarding, daily service requests, and renewal preparation.
  • Work closely with the sales team and assist with escalated client issues.
