Capstone Search Group is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager for a remote role serving New England and the Northeast. You will steward client onboarding through renewal, coordinate with sales, marketing and admin support, and ensure service timelines are met.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of middle-market commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and a proven ability to manage renewals, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate client files.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Active P&C license required.
• Experience with renewal prep and client onboarding.

• Lead client engagement and fulfill service requests.
• Review expiration lists and prepare renewal proposals and illustrations.
