The role involves reviewing coverage, preparing certificates and proposals, renewing existing policies, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales to drive agency revenue. Experience in brokerage and an active P&C license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple lines coverage.
• Ability to manage a large, established book of business.
• Prior client facing experience, building and maintaining relationships.
• Handling new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements.
• Reviewing insurance contracts for accuracy.
• Preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
• Ability to work independently or in a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
• Responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to them.
• Apply problem solving techniques to cancellations, renewals, audits, receivables, carrier issues.
• Experience in a brokerage setting.
• Carry an active P&C license.
