Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site HVAC technician in Carrollton, TX to install, commission, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems. You will work with customers and team leaders, using blueprints and handheld devices to diagnose issues and complete service calls.

A minimum of 5 years in HVAC, EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required, with opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 5+ years HVAC experience.
• Technical training is preferred.
• Office software knowledge and handheld devices required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and troubleshoot HVAC systems on site.
• Diagnose and repair equipment per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to plan on‑site work.
• Maintain safety standards and protect company assets.
• Provide direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction.
