Engineering Excellence is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. You will train with senior technicians and learn to service HVAC/refrigeration equipment, while using mobile devices to support dispatch and customer communications.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on growth within a supportive team environment, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• HVAC certificate from an accredited program required.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license; Universal preferred.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn to analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC concerns.
• Train with senior technicians to service commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Handle delivery and removal of equipment and parts for service work.
• Provide excellent service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Use smartphones to support business systems and dispatch check-ins.
