Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Navigate and use smartphone to support business systems.
• Coordinate with EE dispatchers and manage material requisitions to maintain truck stock levels.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of satisfaction.
