Job summary

Engineering Excellence seeks an experienced HVAC service technician to diagnose and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

You will work on-site in various commercial environments across Michigan and support startup and maintenance activities. Minimum 2+ years in the commercial HVAC field with an EPA 608 license (Universal preferred) is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in commercial HVAC field.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license; Universal preferred.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and work with various hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform equipment start-ups as required.
• Navigate mobile devices to support business systems and dispatch.
• Maintain safety standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.
