The role requires 1–5 years of residential HVAC experience, a HVAC degree or equivalent certification, and a clean driving record. This position supports growth with a family-like, stable team.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment in residential settings.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and safety adherence.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
