Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. You will service commercial clients, install, maintain, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems to ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency.

This hands-on role requires 3–5 years of HVAC/refrigeration experience, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver's license. We offer ongoing training, competitive wages, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification is required.
• HVAC program certificate/degree preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication. Explain HVAC issues clearly to customers.
• Driver’s license required.
• Punctual and able to follow a daily multi-location schedule.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to assess HVAC needs and provide solutions.
• Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend system life and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of appointments, invoices, and parts.
