Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service commercial HVAC equipment including heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Deliver excellent service to commercial customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and manage material requisitions for job sites.
