Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking an HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVACR equipment. You will work with an experienced team to deliver quality workmanship and outstanding customer service, including startups and minor fabrication as needed.

Candidates should have 2+ years in commercial HVAC and an EPA 608 license, with the ability to read drawings and work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in commercial HVAC.
• Proven mechanical aptitude in HVAC field.
• Able to read and interpret drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform startups on equipment as required.
• Use smartphone to support business systems and dispatch communications.
• Maintain safe, high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare material requisitions to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor field fabrication as needed.
