2220 Engineering Excellence National Account is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. You will deliver quality workmanship, start-ups, and exceptional customer service in commercial environments.

You should have strong troubleshooting, read blueprints, EPA 608 license, and be willing to work overtime/weekends. The role offers competitive pay, full benefits, and world-class training through Experts University.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in the commercial HVAC industry.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license (Universal preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Service commercial HVAC equipment and accessories, including start-ups as required.

• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure truck stock.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and IAQ products, and assist with minor fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Ability to navigate and use smart phone to support business systems.
• Proper use of all IVR systems and proper check in with EE dispatchers.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
• Responsible for providing excellent service to commercial customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.

Requirements

• Experience in the commercial HVAC industry EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
• Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
• The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 2+ years
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Annual Compensation Range: $60,000- $76,500
