Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Commercial HVAC Supervisor to provide technical and operational leadership for HVAC and Mechanical Systems within a large-scale facility. You will oversee HVAC Technicians and Leads, coordinate daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and help ensure Mechanical Systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

This role is ideal for an experienced Commercial HVAC professional who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to lead

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Commercial HVAC experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience leading HVAC Technicians, Leads, or Mechanical Maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of Chillers, Cooling Towers, Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, and Air Distribution Systems.
• Experience troubleshooting Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, and Piping Systems.
• Strong background in Preventative Maintenance and HVAC Operations.
• Experience coordinating Work Orders, technician assignments, and maintenance priorities.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification.

Job Description

As a Commercial HVAC Supervisor, you will provide technical and operational leadership for HVAC and Mechanical Systems within a large-scale facility. MUST HAVE

• Background supporting large Commercial, Institutional, Campus, Healthcare, or similar Facilities
• Experience coordinating outside Vendors and Mechanical Contractors
• Experience supporting Equipment Upgrades, Renovations, or Energy Efficiency initiatives
• Degree or technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
