Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
• Hands-on experience with chillers and larger commercial HVAC equipment.
• Experience with boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and hydronic systems.
• VRF/VRV service and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Previous experience mentoring, training, or leading HVAC technicians.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to remain hands-on while serving as a technical leader for the service team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining commercial HVAC service and troubleshooting with technician mentoring, technical support, and quality control.

The ideal candidate is a senior‑level commercial HVAC technician who can troubleshoot complex equipment, support technicians in the field, and step in on difficult service calls involving chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VRF systems, controls, and other commercial HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
