Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC experience (no residential backgrounds)
• Experience working on 5–20 ton commercial equipment (Roof Top Units and Split Systems)
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and standard commercial HVAC troubleshooting
• Valid driver’s license; comfortable with mobile HVAC service
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have

• Boiler and Chiller Experience
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certifications

Compensation

$40/hr to $45/hr based on experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
