Job summary

Engineering Excellence is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and service commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will perform routine maintenance, start-ups, and on-site installations while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in commercial HVAC, an EPA 608 license (Universal preferred), and strong troubleshooting and communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial HVAC
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred
• Ability to read drawings/diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVACR equipment and accessories.
• Perform system start-ups when required.
• Use smartphones for dispatch and business systems.
• Prepare material requisition forms and manage truck stock.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship, and high customer satisfaction.
• Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
