The role emphasizes diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring safe, reliable operation with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in commercial HVAC, EPA 608 license (Universal preferred), and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
• EPA 608 Refrigeration license, Universal preferred.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• Willing to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
• Must meet background check criteria.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
• Perform start-ups on equipment as required.
• Navigate and use smartphone to support business systems.
• Proper use of all IVR systems and check in with EE dispatchers.
• Deliver and remove equipment needed to complete service work.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, service IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and minor field fabrication.
