Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial HVAC service or service department management preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage both office personnel and field technicians.
• Good understanding of commercial HVAC service operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, estimating, and service invoicing.
• Ability to improve productivity and manage department profitability.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of making decisions independently.
• Experience with BuildOps or similar service management software is a plus.

• Oversee and manage all daily service department operations.
• Supervise, support, and provide direction to two office employees and four field service technicians.
