Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems to diagnose issues.
• Perform maintenance checks and document recommendations.
• Lead start-up of HVAC equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Apply knowledge of split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VFDs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration.
• Organize service routes and dispatch technicians to locations.
• Collaborate with estimators to quote and win new work.
• Train and mentor staff; maintain professional communication with clients.
