Job summary

Madison Air Inc. in Anaheim, CA seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead the busy service department. You will oversee daily operations, supervise two office staff and four field technicians, and partner with ownership to plan growth strategies.

Ideal candidates have HVAC service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to optimize scheduling, dispatching, estimating, and invoicing while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC service or service department management preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage both office personnel and field technicians.
• Good understanding of commercial HVAC service operations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatching, estimating, and service invoicing.
• Ability to improve productivity and manage department profitability.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of making decisions independently.
• Experience with BuildOps or similar service management software is a plus.
