Alliance Group, Inc. seeks a Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to drive new business across the Southeast.

You will engage facility managers, building owners, and contractors to deliver customized maintenance solutions that improve equipment reliability and reduce operating costs. You will join a respected mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience, backed by a strong service team and proven brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling preventative maintenance or service contracts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial customers.
• Generate new preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Meet with customers to evaluate HVAC equipment and service needs.
• Prepare estimates and proposals for maintenance agreements.
• Develop quotes for repair and service projects.
• Build long-term relationships with property and facility managers.
