Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support multiple Pennsylvania locations. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial equipment, document activities on a tablet, and deliver excellent customer service to clients across healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of HVAC/R experience, EPA Level 2 certification, and a valid driving record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R or related industry.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems encouraged.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair service issues on commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Report service activities accurately on tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support to customers and internal team members.
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicle, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
