Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians for multiple locations across Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. Join a team servicing commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

We value 2+ years of related experience, EPA Level 2, and a customer-first mindset. You’ll perform dispatched service calls, diagnose issues, document work on a tablet, and may be on-call with overtime pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA Level 2 certification minimum.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair service issues on commercial HVAC/R equipment.
• Document service activities on the tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with internal teams.
• Work on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
