Job summary

K&D Factory Service is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to service Pennsylvania customers across multiple branches. The role requires 2+ years of field experience, EPA Level 2 certification, and a strong customer-focused approach.

You will diagnose and repair commercial equipment, report activities on-site, and travel within Pennsylvania to service sites. We offer competitive hourly pay with a technician bonus program, on-call overtime, PTO and holiday pay,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC/R experience.
• EPA Level 2 minimum.
• CFESA certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass background/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
• Report all service activities accurately after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
• On-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
