Job summary
K&D Factory Service is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support our PA locations. The role requires 3+ years of experience with HVAC/R systems, EPA Level 2 certification, and a customer-first approach. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial equipment, while working from a company-provided service truck and equipment.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry.
- EPA Level 2 minimum certification.
- CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues on commercial equipment.
- Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call.
- Provide an excellent customer experience and collaborate with internal teams.
- Work on-call schedule, with overtime pay.
- Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.
