K&D Factory Service in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment across our PA branches, with a focus on delivering reliable customer service and keeping equipment running at peak performance.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of field experience, EPA Level 2, and a valid driving record.
Formación
- 2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or related industry
- EPA Level 2 minimum
- Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems encouraged
- Driving record must meet safety standards
- CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus
Responsabilidades
- Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair issues on commercial equipment
- Report service activities accurately on tablet after each call
- Provide excellent customer experience and support to customers
- Work on-call schedule with overtime pay
- Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment
