Perfection Group in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to join our established team. You will lead hands-on projects, build trusted relationships with customers, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

You’ll connect with the work and the people doing it, communicating proactively and owning project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Have commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience.
• Possess hands-on knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation.
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally.
• Build trust easily with customers, field teams, and project partners.
• Work collaboratively and contribute positively to an established team.
• Manage schedules, budgets, priorities, and project details effectively.
• Take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work with minimal rework.
• Lead by example and show up when your team needs you.

COMMERCIAL HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

Nashville, TN

Perfection Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to join our established Nashville team.

We’re searching for a collaborative leader who communicates exceptionally well, understands commercial HVAC equipment and installation, and takes ownership of delivering quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

This role is for someone who enjoys being connected to the work and the people doing it. You’ll build trusted relationships with customers, communicate proactively with internal and external partners, support the team in the field, and help solve challenges as they arise. When important project work requires evening or weekend support, you’ll be there alongside the team.
