The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of field experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure high service quality
• Manage assigned work independently including scheduling, follow-up actions, and time management

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and service documentation.
• Complete service reports and work documentation using company-provided software and mobile technology.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned work independently, including scheduling, follow-up actions, and time management.
• Adhere to all company and site-specific safety requirements and procedures.

Qualifications
