You will lead hands-on projects, build trusted relationships with customers, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Have commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience.
• Possess hands-on knowledge of HVAC equipment and installation.
• Communicate clearly, consistently, and professionally.
• Build trust easily with customers, field teams, and project partners.
• Work collaboratively and contribute positively to an established team.
• Manage schedules, budgets, priorities, and project details effectively.
• Take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work with minimal rework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Foster proactive communication with customers and partners.
• Support field teams and problem-solve during project execution.
• Be available for evening or weekend coverage as needed.
